Andy Ostroy - Chairman & CEO
Andy began his career in 1982 at M.C.R.B., Inc.; later promoted to director of list management. Spent 1986-87 at The Listworks Corporation as VP List Management, before moving to The SpeciaLISTS Ltd. in 1987, where he later became president of list management division and a member of the executive committee. Co-founded ALC of New York in December 1997. An active member of the DMA Catalog Council and DMA List Leaders Group, Andy is frequently quoted in DM News, Direct and other industry trade publications.

Donna Belardi - President
Donna's 20 years as a list broker includes dedicated service to some of the largest cataloguers in the industry. Her current clients include Williams-Sonoma, Inc., Bloomingdales By Mail, One Step Ahead, GrandinRoad, Gump’s and Ballard Designs. Donna’s main role is both tactical and strategic, focusing on the development and execution of list recommendations and circulation planning, as well as the overall leadership and direction of the team. Further, Donna provides first-rate knowledge and expertise in the catalog market offering clients valuable insight in multi-channel marketing strategies, modeling, seasonality, current sales trends, and industry best practices. She is a member of the NEMOA, The Catalog Council and List Leaders, and has spoken at New York’s List Day and the Annual Catalog Show on Negotiation Strategies, Circulation Planning and Multi Channel marketing.
