Pricing and Minimum Order Requirement
Pricing on most files is $70/M (per thousand names) unless otherwise indicated There are extra charges for various selections and formats. The pricing for each are noted below. The minimum order requirement is 3,000 names, with a few exceptions. Please inquire.
Payment
We request that payment accompany first-time orders from new clients. Belardi/Ostroy accepts checks and major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Make checks payable to Belardi/Ostroy. Once an account is established, payment terms for future orders are net 30 days from the date of invoice.

Commissions
20% commission to all SRDS-recognized list brokers and 15% commission to all recognized advertising agencies, direct marketing consultants and lettershops.
Guarantee of Deliverability
We believe all the information on this website to be accurate. Deliverability on any compiled list is guaranteed to be at least 93%, although we cannot guarantee the accuracy of phone/fax numbers. We will refund the third class postage rate equivalent for any returned mail in excess of 7% of the total number of pieces furnished by ListsAmerica(Belardi/Ostroy). ListsAmerica(Belardi/Ostroy) must receive those pieces within 60 days of the invoice date. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the mailing list.
